Partner Ted Banks is a member of PLI’s 2018 Antitrust Law & Regulation Program Faculty which will be held on April 16, 2018 in New York. This year’s program will examine recent developments in several key areas of antitrust reflected in recent decisions as well as vigorous enforcement in the US and around the world. In his presentation, “The Intersection Between Antitrust, Ethics and Compliance,” Mr. Banks will cover the topics of designing an effective compliance program; monitoring, auditing and reporting mechanisms, attorney-client privilege, conflicts of interest and Sentencing Commission Guidelines.
